How to Reduce Data Usage on Your Android Phone (Tecno)

Today I will be showing you how you can reduce your data usage on your android phones and tabs.

It’s known that Android phone consumes much data that other ios which makes this topic really important. This topic is meant for people using the Samsung galaxy, htc, xperia, google nexus, tecno from N3, M3, D3, S3, P3, T3, M5, P5, D5, S5, P7, D7, M7, D9, phantom, Zte,  and other android phones.

Tips to Reduce your Data Usage:

1. Uninstall Unused Apps: If you are that type of user that installs any app you see in the app store without even checking it importance to you, try to read this point carefully. They are lots of apps that runs in backgrounds without you knowing like mail clients, some games, launchers and so on, without identifying such apps, you will send more money on your phone browsing because when ever you on your data connection, they starts connecting. So now, what you should do to stop this is to find unnecessary apps (those apps you don't use frequently) and uninstall them.
2. Stop Automatic Log-in: They are some apps that ask you to enable automatic log in (when your data comes on, they log in for you automatically). Such settings should be adjusted except your email clients like gmail, yahoomail, live mail etc.
3. Stop Auto Refresh: Either for your mobile browser or your apps, disable auto refresh.
4. Block Bloatware: Block those apps that shows addons on your. They are different ways of doing that,you can just google that out.
5. Stop Auto Sync: Stopping auto sync in your apps reduces your data usage. Its better you sync them manually when they are necessary for you to do.But for email clients, you can adjust your auto-sync to every 1 hour if you are a business type that do expect every month but if you are just a normal user, you can set it twice a day.
6.  Surf without Images: Every mobile browser got the option of surfing with or without images. They are different reasons why we all surf the internet but if you know that pictures are not necessary for what you are looking for, you can just stop displaying it because it reduces your data usage.
7. Surf with Mobile View: you can also surf the internet and some webpage with mobile view because it reduces the page quality of the webpage there by reducing your data usage.
8. Finally, you can use a data usage app to monitor your usage to know if these tips worked for you (Note: Android 2 and below users needs to download the app while Android 4.0 and above already have a default Data Usage App)

I had so many issues with my system music player which made me uncomfortable thereby making me go search for a better one, browsing from one webpage to the other, different google app market, search engines and sharing sites.

Artist interface: Here you can see the list of your songs artists. You can navigate better in showing the artiste you want to listen to and enjoy all his/her song you have on your phone. By just touching the name of the artiste, her songs will appear in different album cover (if you have different album of the same artiste), so you choose the one you like. See Pictures below:

Note: if you want the pictures of the artiste to be showing, all you have to do is Pinch to Zoom.

Genres Interface: As the name sounds so it is. It shows all he genres of songs you have on your phone. eg. Blues, Hip-Hop, Gospel, R&B, R'n'B Religious, Rock, Vocal, Jazz and so on. In the tab, you can choose which ever genre you want to listen for that period whether R&B to cool your thoughts or hard rock to get you grooving. See pictures below:

Search Bar: If you are confused on the title of a track, then this bar is for you. With the search bar, you can search on any song you want to play instead of looking for it around your phone. See Pictures Below:

Current Queue: This is where you see your current queued songs ie songs that are waiting to play or your line up. To change the arrangement of the songs, hold the logo at the beginning of the name then drag to your designed position (up or down). you can also save your current queue by touching the diskette icon then name.
Touching the X icon turns shuffle on or off and the icon before it can change repeats.

Equalizer: Equalizer helps you to tune the sound you are hearing to your own taste. You can choose from Normal, Classical, Dance, Flat, Folk, Heavy Metal, Hip Hop, Jazz, Pop, Rock and can also custom yours.
I tuned mine to Bass Boost :-). Can add other effects to make it interesting when listening to a song. See picture below

Lock Screen Option: This Option is very good because even when your phone is locked, you can play the next song and the previous one without your ear-phone. See pictures below

Sleep Timer: In this option, you can adjust the time your songs will play before they stops.

Various Settings: You can change so many settings you are not happy with to your choose. See pictures below:

Music Catalog: It shows different cataloges of your music to show from and navigate easily. See picture below:

Playlists: You can easily create multiple playlists and access them easily to enjoy your songs.
Album Cover: This music player supports Album Art download both manually & automatically.
